Ticket Sales 

Pre-Order Your Carnival Tickets NOW and SAVE 25%!!  Save money by purchasing your tickets in advance.  Carnival tickets will be used for everything from food and drinks to games, hayrides, arts & crafts, etc.  Raffle tickets will be used to enter to win something special with your favorite teacher or to win one of the awesome Classroom Themed Baskets!

Pre-sale Carnival tickets are buy 4 get the 5th one FREE!!  Tickets will be sold 4 for $1 at the Carnival.  You can pre-order tickets between now and Friday, October 17th at a discounted rate of 5 for $1!

Donations

We will need lots of help to make this year's carnival a success!  If you are a great baker, have excess craft supplies or run across a great deal at the store, remember the carnival!  Here is a list of some of the things we need:

  • Cakes for the Cake Walk - store bought is FINE!
  • Strings of lights
  • Fall Decorations
  • Baked goods to sell for concessions (1 dozen brownies, cookies, etc individually wrapped)
  • Sharpie Markers
  • Rolls of Masking & Packing Tape
  • Business Sized Envelopes
  • Paper Towels
  • Gallon sized Ziploc Bags
  • Face Paint
  • Nail Polish
  • Spray Hair Color
  • Bottles of Hand Sanitizer for the salon and food areas
  • Bobby Pins and Pony Tail holders
  • Bags of Lollipops
  • Cans of Silly String
  • CASH!

Class Raffle Baskets 

Don't forget that every class is putting together a themed basket to raffle off at the Fall Carnival - toys, candles, games, etc.  If you are unsure what your class theme is, contact your child's teacher.  These don't need to be expensive donations, just somehow related to the theme and every contribution goes toward making a better overall basket!  All basket items must be turned in to your teacher by Friday, October 17th!

Thanks to our awesome teachers and Room Parents for their help with this portion of the carnival!  These baskets will be available for raffle at the carnival and there is sure to be one to interest everyone!

Volunteers! 

Can you help out at the Fall Carnival this year?  It is a blast helping the kids have fun and it makes our own kids so proud!  Even a half hour will make a big difference!

Moms & Dads, Older Siblings, High School Students needing Green Cord Hours, Grandparents, etc., you can all help!  Just let us know that you are available and where you would like to help!  Contact Kristi Fortenberry to put your name on the list.
